Top Ten Books I Purchased But STILL Have Not Read

February 3, 2015 Stacking the Shelves 14

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week a new topic is given, and this week’s topic is:

Top Ten Books I Purchased But Still Haven’t Read

This TTT topic was supposed to be about a particular genre, but I didn’t want to limit myself.  So, I instead decided to focus on books I already own but still have not read.  In other words, I have no excuse.  There was a similar TTT topic a few weeks ago involving 2014 releases, and while I still have not read any of the books on that list, I’ve branched out a bit so that I don’t repeat any of those books.

    I should have done this topic! But then how could I stop at 10? That would be true of any list, wouldn’t it?

    I just bought a copy of Written in Red. I love Anne Bishop. I can’t believe I haven’t read any of her books in awhile. I really want to get back to Martins’ books. I’ve read the first in his series, but not the others. It’s a crime.

    I’m tempted to throw together a full and complete list of all the books on my shelves I haven’t read, but I think it would be too depressing. ^^;

    I read Anna and the French Kiss, but I wasn’t thrilled. It’s worth reading at least one Harry Potter book (and the ones where he’s still young are more fun). I really liked Written in Red, so I’d recommend giving that a try.
